Georgia Godwin

Olympian Georgia Godwin is one of Australia’s most decorated artistic gymnasts, having represented her country more than 20 times on the international stage, including the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, five World Championships and two Commonwealth Games campaigns. A seven-time Australian senior national champion and multiple World Cup and World Challenge Cup medallist, she became the 2022 Commonwealth Games all-around and vault champion, adding team, uneven bars and balance beam silver medals to her remarkable resume.

Away from the competition floor, Georgia is also an international author, inspiring young readers around the world through her hit junior fiction series Gymnastics Diaries and her Georgia Godwin Training Diaries, drawing on her own journey of resilience, joy and honesty in elite sport. Whether she’s chasing new skills in the gym or signing books for excited young fans, Georgia brings the same passion for performance, wellbeing and empowering the next generation wherever she goes.

Kate McDonald

Kate McDonald has represented Australia in artistic gymnastics at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the 2022 Commonwealth Games, the 2025 World Championships, and the 2025 Doha and 2026 Antalya World Cups. Her international results include Commonwealth Games gold on balance beam and team silver, a fifth-place finish on uneven bars at the World Championships, gold on uneven bars in Doha, and silver on beam and floor in Antalya.

Kate’s longevity in the sport is underpinned by a disciplined yet balanced approach to training, supported by a long-term coaching partnership and a focus on physical sustainability and mental wellbeing. Her philosophy in the gym and in life is to have as much fun as possible.

Outside of competition, Kate balances elite sport with academic and professional pursuits. She has completed a bachelor’s degree in environmental science and aspires to a career in marine biology. Her love of the ocean extends to surfing and her passion for gymnastics has her inspiring the next generation as a coach.
